I have been waiting a long time for a new season of The Ricky Gervais Show (should be called the Karl Pilkington Show) and it seems it will finally air on HBO on the 20th of April which means I will hopefully be able to buy the episodes in the iTunes store.
Here are some trailers for the upcoming third season of The Ricky Gervais Show:
I’m the first one to admit that I am extremely lazy and this is the main reasons the updates of my coin project have been pretty few and far between. Since I have found some money since the last time I updated I thought I would take some minutes out of my Sunday to write a new update with the latest figures. I have found €0.01 while shopping at Lidl (can’t happen very often that people leave pennies on the floor at Lidl), I have found €0.07 while walking on The Strand to work every day (not so much of a long shot that drunk people are careless with their pennies). My biggest find during the whole coin project so far was made in Valletta during the Carnival. While people were busy watching the floats and eating cotton candy I was scanning the pavements for dropped money and to my surprise I spotted a €10 note and I managed to get to it before someone else. That means that I have found a total of €10.08 since my last update. Not too bad!
In total I have now found €11.47 so the people over at Unicef should be ecstatic since they currently have €57.35 coming their way, and that’s with over a 100 days to go on the project.
Penny auctions are all the rage online these days and for good reason. People are able to buy brand new products at a fraction of their retail cost by taking part in penny auctions. BidRivals is a leading penny auction website that boasts having more than one million registered users.
Earlier today a friend told me about a website called Biddu.net. Since I am an Internet geek I can’t help but to check out a website whenever I hear an URL mentioned so I decided to head over to Biddu to check it out. When I arrived on the site I quickly realised that is was one of the hundreds (or maybe thousands) of bidding sites out there (also referred to as penny auction sites).
Foursquare is a location-based social application game which brings local businesses in Malta and all over the world together with customers. The game itself is centered around earning badges but Foursquare can be much more than a mere game – especially to local business owners.
Since I haven’t been blogging a whole lot lately I thought I would try to update the blog a bit more frequently. The only problem is that I am too lazy to write those long articles I used to write here.
After watching the NFL every Sunday for the last 20 weeks I have seen my fair share of TV commercials. About 50% of an NFL broadcast are commercials and if it isn’t for the fact that some of them are really entertaining I would have to stop watching the NFL.
